Shipping
All items will be shipped from Korea, South after being double-checked. Please
see the shipping and payments table for shipping options. We usually send
Economy shipping but if you want to receive it faster you can choose other
options. You need to provide the details address upon your purchase to deliver
safely and fast. You cannot change the shipping address after purchasing the
product. We uploaded the tracking number within (2-3 days) which may be delayed
on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Economy shipping: Tracking number provided. (35-45 days)
- Standard shipping: Tracking number provided. (20 - 35 days)
- Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Tracking number provided, Receive faster.
* If you're using (Economy shipping), It can usually take a month or
two to a couple of months, depending on your location
Return
Policy
We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with your
purchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from the
day you received it. But before returning it, you should contact us first
immediately. So that we can assist you with the required arrangement upon your
request.
Please include the original receipt in your return package or
add a note with your eBay username. Refund will be done according to the
following condition

All items must be returned in their original condition. The
package must be in unopened condition, the items are in unused condition, and
not missing any part of the product (Except the defects of the manufacturing).
We will refund only after we received the returned product and deducted the
shipping cost and 10% of restocking fees.
l The return will reject if the package has been opened and the whole
or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by the negligence
of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing). In case of any defects
found, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason for
return.

If the package is returned due to refusal
to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address
information, no receiver, local customs, etc.) the buyers have to pay for all shipping
costs, customs fees, and 10% of the total price restocking fee.

After we receive the returned product, a Refund
will be done.
