NOTE ? Each Actuator motor includes the sound tube assy shown, which includes subparts 053-0199-01 Transmitter Mount Small 029-0558-00 Transmitter Assy. (Includes Sound Tube) 054-0111-00 ? Sound Tube 053-0223-00 Transmitter Tube 053-0199-01 Transmitter Mount Small Fits all Midmark 411 machines with Serial Number AV1000 thru AV8714, DJ1000 thru DJ1220, & DW1000 with all functions fully tested and ready for easy replacement, is in as-new condition
