We offer free returns, but ask that if the item is bought new, it is returned in the same condition it was sent, in order to be issued a full refund. 

If brand new item is opened and/or used, then returned, we shall only issue a partial refund to account for the loss in value from brand new to used condition. Partial refund will be 15% of total order value, meaning we will only refund 85% of order total. If unsure whether or not to return this item, please do not open it before making a final decision, or we will have to proceed with charging the 15% partial refund fee.
