Open Box: The device is in flawless cosmetic condition with minor sign of use. 9.5/10
Minor: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case.9/10
Moderate: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches.There is light lcd burn on the screen,8/10
Heavy: The device is in overall ACCEPTABLE cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing will have signs of HEAVY use with dings and scratches on screen and/or housing.
