The runner shows a few faint marks on it from use.

There are frays throughout and some tiny tears around the corners/edges.

There are a few visible tiny marks on the front. There is also some cracking

in few of the mirror circle pieces.

The pieces can be professionally restored if desired.

Overall the runner is still in overall terrific condition.

The runner measures approximately 77" X 28 1/2".

We purchased the piece from an estate in Cypress, CA.
