1, bitte fragen sie uns für rücksendeadresse.

2, Versand zurück das Paket.

Die RMA-Nummer (Return Merchant Authorization Number = Ihre eBay-ID) muss deutlich auf dem Rückgabepaket stehen, andernfalls wird das Paket abgelehnt.

3, schickte uns die Rückverfolgungsnummer.

4, alle Rücksendungen werden geprüft, bevor ein Kredit ausgestellt wir
