This work consists of Paul's unreleased album, which was scheduled to be released in 1987, and different versions of its songs.

In 1986, Paul hired Phil Ramone as a new producer and began work on a new album, the follow-up to ``Press To Play''. However, even though many songs had been recorded and the order of the songs for the album had been decided, musical differences between Paul and Ramone arose midway through, and the album was ultimately shelved without being completed. It became. Although some songs were later released in small quantities as special packages or bonus tracks, the album remains unreleased to this day, just like ``COLD CUTS''.

This work includes an unreleased 1987 album that was shelved and alternate versions of songs that were scheduled to be included on it.
