We offer a 60 day returns policy where you can return your parcel to our AU based returns hub in Queensland. If you would like to return an item for a refund you must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
