Shipping and handling
DOMESTIC
I
use Royal Mail 1st class signed for all orders within UK up to £50 in
value. Items that are heavy or over £50 of value will be shipped with
UPS / RM.
INTERNATIONAL
I use Royal Mail tracked or UPS, depending on area, volume and weight.
I also offer postage discounts, if you wish to buy more than 1 item! Please, contact me before you place an order.
All international orders apart of EU, please contact me before placing an order as the shipping rates may differ.
Payment
I accept most payment methods, and will ship out the item, once the payment is cleared.
Returns:
As a new and small seller, they are still quite costly to
me, as I don’t have many sales that would cover my losses. I am more than happy to
answer all your questions, measure, take more photos and do whatever is
possible to make sure that the item fits you and is exactly what you are
looking for, so to minimise the number of returns. If the item still doesn’t fit
after we have done everything, I will happily receive it back. I am still
growing and I would be sincerely grateful for that. x
I have two weeks return policy for all my items – buyer is
responsible for the return costs.
(Item must be brand new in original packaging, never worn and sent back with tracked service)
