Near Mint / NM - New , Never Played
Lightly Played / LP - Unnoticeable scratches on the surface , Minor whitening of corners.
Moderately Played / MP - Scratches on the surface, Signs of wear, Noticeable whitening of the corners, Minor dents or creases.
Heavily Played / HP - Damaged Card, Heavy dents / crease, Discoloration, Foreign substance attached to the card, Damaged all around.
