This item is a pair of Kerosene Oil Burner Chimney Lamp Warmers.  No Chimney's.  They are Antique, a Lot Of 2 Preowned.  One fair, One Good Condition!  The caps come off both.  The large one the wick advances and retracts.  The small one has a poorly repaired hold, and the wick does not advance, so not usable without repair.  May have been used to keep water tanks thawed, light in a small shop.  Great for the outdoor party, an authentic blacksmith demonstration booth, you imagine it!
