For sale is an antique 19 century hand carved  and dated 1859 and 1847 American powder horn in good antique condition.  The cap of the horn has the Letters "KT" and "1847" carved into it.  The body portion reads "K. Territory" and "1859".   There are numerous other carvings of geometric shapes.  There are multiple old wrought iron nails around the cap.  There is one nail near the tip, presumable for a string to hold the stopper which is no longer intact.  All other parts on this powder horn are secure and stable. 

Nice horn material with good antique coloration and age appropriate patina. Age appropriate surface wear and imperfections are to be expected. Please check photos from all angles for detailed condition.
