This listing is for Madden NFL 17 for the PS4. The disc is in excellent condition with no scratches. The case has some scuffs and scratches from normal use. The paper cover art has some crinkles on a small portion of the upper-middle part of the front cover but is in otherwise great condition besides that. The paper inserts are in great condition as well.
