This listing is for Madden NFL 15 for the PS4. The disc is in great condition with one extremely small light scratch which has no effect on gameplay. The case has some notable dents, scuffs, and scratches. The paper cover art has a tear on the front to the right of the holographic NFL sticker but is in otherwise great condition. The paper insert is in great condition.
