Refund Policy

Payment
All payments are due within 5 days from purchase. We offer PayPal and bank deposit. If paying by bank deposit or Echeque do not leave it until the 5th day to organise as your payment as it will not reach us in time. Unpaid dispute automatically opens on day 6 if payment is not made.
Postage
All items are posted within 24 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). We are happy to combine on all items ~ if buying more than 1 item please wait for a final invoice before paying so we can save you money. We do not profit on postage nor do we charge for our time to pack or do up labels.
