We offer a 2-Year warranty for this product only with a free one time replacement*. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts.
*After replacement warranty will be voided

No, most of our items are filled. They are not solid gold or silver, meaning these products have high quality base metals underneath.

Will your products lose their colour?
In most cases no it usually depends how the product is worn and looked after, we offer a 2-Year warranty to prove we sell the best jewellery around for the price.

Do you offer different sizes or styles?
All items we have to offer are available in our shop, if you can't see it, it is not available at this time. However, we constantly stock our shop with new items and will be introducing new deals so make sure to follow our shop to receive notifications from our store.
I don't like this product can I return it?
Your customer experience is important to us and we have a 30-day money-back guarantee. So if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, please send it back in its original condition, provide us proof of shipment and we will gladly process your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage.

When I return my item shall I include a message?
Yes, please just put a little cover note saying please refund and put your eBay user ID and email address so we can easily locate your order.
Can I exchange my item?
Sorry we don't accept exchanges. You can simply return the unwanted item for a refund and repurchase the correct item you like. Some customers simply buy the new item they want straight away and return the unwanted item afterwards.
This is your choice depending on how fast you need the correct item. Either way you can feel confident that we will process your return.
What address do I send my return back to?
Please send us a message though eBay messages so we can send you our return address.
When will I receive my full refund?
Please allow 5-7 days for us to receive your returned item back. Please expect the funds to appear back on your bank account within 7-12 days from when you have sent back to us. If it has not appeared back on your bank within 12 days please send us a message through eBay messages.
What postal service shall I return ?
Please send back items using Royal Mail's Signed for service, try and send back in a padded envelope exactly the same way you received it.
Do you refund return shipping costs?
Unless it is a mistake on our end we are unable to refund costs to send items back.
