Here we have another hard-to find View-Master Advertising Gift set in Box:
Tribune Entertainment
This set, mentioned in Harry Kleinsmiede's book, Volume 3, page 466, consists of a box of four reels, a blue viewer with a printed Tribune Entertainment logo and a most unusual shipping carton.
The outer shipping shell, when carefully removed, opens up to a 25" inch diameter View-Master reel, which turns into a wall calendar for 1991.
This box set was used to promote 4 shows for that television season. The reels show various scenes of the actors and shows, but unfortunately not in 3-D.
The 4 reels feature; Geraldo, Joan Rivers, Soul Train, and Monsters / Tales.
Everything is in excellent mint, new condition.
