To help the planet and to
keep our selling costs low, we reuse
some packaging materials, including mailers. We also don't include any
invoice or packing slip in your package. If this is a concern for

Our
prices are low and firm and almost always include free shipping (a few
exceptions apply to large items). We are volunteer based and therefore
cannot respond to messages about reducing the price of an item.
We
do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or not as
described or we messed up in some way, in which case we will make it
right for you -- so PLEASE contact us if there is a problem before
leaving any feedback. Once a new item
is used, opened and/or tested we have a firm "no returns" policy. If
you want to be able to try a product out and then return it for any
reason -- such as you simply don't like it or the color isn't what you
expected -- you should definitely purchase from a seller with that type
of return
policy (not us!).
100% of the proceeds from the sale
of this listing will be used to support Street Dog Love's mission of
helping street dogs (cats, too!) in Mexico and eventually the southern United
States by funding sterilization clinics, veterinary care, food,
transport -- and educating local populations about the humane treatment
of dogs and cats. We are just getting started so please be patient as
