Probably the best kept secret in all of Powerlifting, chances are good most of you reading this have never even HEARD of this Inzer Bench Press shirt much less SEEN one even though it's been available to a select few "insiders" since early 2008 as far as I can tell. By the way, it IS on all major Powerlifting federations' sanctioned gear lists as of 2012 (thru 2017 & beyond) including USAPL and the IPF. (I couldn't find any lists earlier than 2012.)

Why are these high tech shirts such a secret? I don't know but I can tell you for a fact that it's only recently that Inzer began to advertise it on their website.

You also won't find ANY printed ads in any strength publication and you'd be hard pressed to find one for sale ANYwhere on the Internet! Even USED ones can't be found very often & I regularly check, eBay, Powerlifting Watch Classified's, Craigslist and other swap & sell Boards.

If you Google "Inzer Bolt Shirt" you'll likely find several videos and "Images" (you can count them on both hands and have a finger or 3 left over) but most of those are not in the United States and finding ANY written info is practically impossible. This is why when I bought a group of 7 brand new Bolt Shirts from a dealer based out of South America in mid-2016 I had to put them aside while periodically searching the Internet for info on these shirts. Phone calls & email's to Inzer provided very little info except for their price ($300.00) and the fact that you have to order them by special order (By phone only) & it can take 6-8 weeks to get one delivered to your door!

Even getting sizing info was like pulling teeth and I got conflicting info from Inzer and one of their major distributors! The distributor told me the sizing is the same as the Rage X shirt while Inzer told me "It's the same as your chest size. Beginners should go one size up."

Beginners??? This is THE most expensive Single-Ply Bench Press shirt of all-time and almost TWICE the price as the previous King of the Single-Ply Bench shirts (The Rage X @ $165.00) so how a beginner would come to use this shirt makes NO sense but perhaps they meant someone who has never used the Bolt before. The girls that answer the phones typically know nothing about the technical aspects of the items and will put you on hold for several minutes while they ask someone higher up.

The biggest innovation with the Bolt Bench Press shirt is the Coil Technology built into the seam of the sleeves - the zig-zag (A.K.A. lightning bolt) pattern has tremendous effect on how the shoulders & arms work in concert with the rest of the shirt and your chest during the lift. Much more explosive. Additionally, the Bolts are more forgiving in your groove vs. the Inzer Single Ply Rage X.

It's a great shirt and like nothing else out there, especially in the single ply market, and obviously hard to come by so it's always super popular when found for sale (when available) at expos and lifting meets.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR SHIRTS
Measure your shoulder circumference by stretching a tape measure all the way around the circumference of your body at shoulder level, at the point where your deltoids are most prominent. Measure your chest circumference directly under your arm pits above nipples. Measure your arm/bicep circumference at the largest part. All measurements should be taken relaxed and unflexed.

RAGE X BENCH SHIRTS.
For single ply Rage and Rage X, add 2 to your chest measurement and round up to an even number. That even number will be the recommended size.
(50+2 = size 52, 51+2 = 53 rounded up to size 54)
