Thermoplastic Nasal Splints are made of low-temperature thermoplastic splinting material that reduces edema after nasal surgery or trauma.
Rigid, opaque, lightweight, low temperature thermoplastic splinting material. Simply soften with hot water and mould over taped nose.
- Stabilization of the nose after surgery

- Place splint in 65-70°C water for 1 minute or until it becomes pliable.
- Remove and blot dry with a clean towel.
- Remove adhesive tape backing and mold splint around nose until it is the correct shape.
- As this splint cools, it will harden into a rigid, protective covering.
- If the size is too big to use, use strong scissors to cut the surplus to fit it well.
