Old used and crazed and needs some TLC so please study photos. It is still charming and its bright colours of a couple and clock and headless cow?  It's large measuring 10in tall and 6.5in wide and 1in deep hence called flat back. It can be displayed as an antique ornament or perhaps someone could repair it carefully? to give it a new lease of life. It has no markings of a name. Has old cracks repairs. See photos.
