Friend of Bernard Buffet with whom she held a correspondence for a number of years, Jaquier won a number of art awards including the Helène-Cartan Prize for painting, Christmas Prize and second prize in New York from the Duncan Gallery amongst others. She participated in numerous international exhibitions and represented France at the 1965 “Arts in Europe” exhibition in Brussels and Namur.

She participated in various group exhibitions since 1961 including Galerie Sainte Placide (selected for the Art Critic's Prize), Galeire de la Tournelle and also at international events in Bermuda, New York and Ghent. Also represented at Salons Terres Latines, Dessin et peinture l'eau, Figuration Critique, Salon des Independants, Salon des Artistes Francais, Salon d'Automne.
