DESCRIPTION of ITEM/S
ISLE OF MAN ( IOM ): **LOOK** 1993 YEAR BOOK COMPLETE WITH MNH STAMPS & SLIPCASE .
RETAILED AT £40 back in 1993 and the stamps still have FACE VALUE.
Seems complete (see pictures) - stamps and any sheets installed in original clear mounts within the book.
The book gives lots of additional interesting information on the stamps and/or island. 

SO options could include (a) giving the item to someone as a lovely inexpensive gift; (b) taking out any stamps needed for your own IOM album mint stamp collection; (c) selling off any duplicate MNH stamps and keeping the book as a nice addendum to your album collection.

This is one of 13x IOM Year Book Lots (1985-1998) I will be listing over the next few days.
Can normally combine Lots won and BIN items (depends on weight, packed size and bulk) to save you postage but fully carefully read my TERMS OF SALE for detail.

Foreign buyers note: On items available to overseas customers, please note that Custom duties, fees, tax and any other charges that might apply are the responsibility of the buyer and not the seller. Also...I will not enter incorrect item value information on any CN22 customs declaration form as this is illegal - so please do not ask! Make sure you do your own research before bidding/buying so that you know what any fees are - and to be ready to pay any that might apply!

ITEM DESCRIPTION & IMAGES
Pictures and scans legally and contractually form part of the description, so please check carefully to make sure you know what you are buying - regret no returns. Items are on a "Sold as is" basis. 

PAYMENT
Payment is strictly required within 4 calendar days of auction end or purchase. If the buyer contacts me within this 4 day time period to advise that they plan on bidding on other Lots finishing within 7 calendar days, then I am more than happy to wait - please just keep me informed so I don't chase you for money ;-)
If you are going to be away when the auction/ listing ends, please also let me know - before you leave!!

POSTAGE CHARGES (Post & Packing)
Postage charges MIGHT change depending on the final selling price of the item ...so IF OVER £20 sale value (or orders totaling over £20) please don’t pay until I have invoiced you! I never aim to make any money out of my postage and packing - I charge what it costs me to mail plus a small amount towards packaging materials. 'Proof of posting' is usually obtained regardless of Lot value.

POSTAGE TERMS & COMBINED POSTAGE
I am happy to combine Lots WHEN PRACTICAL & FINANCIALLY VIABLE (7 calendar days maximum) to try and save you money on postage (depends on item bulk, size, weight, value); the only exception usually being on particularly large/heavy items.

If you win/buy more than one Lot, please wait for a combined invoice - DO NOT PAY for each Lot separately. If you buy more than 1 item, please make sure you use the Shopping Cart, and then click on "Request Total" to receive an invoice with any combined shipping discount. Please wait for the invoice before paying for multiple purchases. Sorry but it’s too late if you pay first and then ask for a part-refund afterwards. eBay now charge sellers a percentage of the postage cost regardless of any refund that might be made later.

Please make sure that the delivery address which you have registered with eBay is full and correct. 

I will not post to unregistered addresses or to PO Boxes / Shared Mail Centers; or to any country that is generally considered to have a high degree of mail items lost / stolen / undelivered.

POSTAGE INSURANCE / LOSS COMPENSATION
I will not be held responsible if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, unless that package is insured or registered. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to request and pay any extra for insurance or registration fees. Royal Mail 'proof of posting' is usually obtained regardless of Lot value.

Please leave feedback once you have received and checked your item; it is very helpful as it lets me know at a glance that you have received your item and are happy with it - I will then consider the transaction complete. Any problems then please contact me ASAP so that I can put things right !!

RETURNS
Sorry but no returns unless the item has been wrongly described in the description. Sorry but no 'changes of mind' can be entertained either - please honour all purchases with integrity.
