The Little People characters included represent a variety of age levels and character families, making it a diverse and inclusive toy for all. This set is perfect for preschool age children and provides an opportunity for them to strengthen their pretend play skills. 

The set is in excellent working condition.  All pieces are present and in good condition. The foam is missing/has disintegrated on the beds, which is apparently is typical with this 40 year old toy.   There looks to have been an area of pressure on the plastic on the right upper edge of the building (when facing the front of the hospital).  It is negligible in my opinion, and not cracked, given all the other items of interest in the set, as well as the detailed perfect litho.  Mentioning for accuracy.  When the top flap is flipped down, the area is hidden.

The building measures 14” long by 9” tall by 6” deep.
