This is a sweet, original, miniature floral painting in an ornate, brass filigree oval frame.  The painting was done on board, and I am not sure if it is oil or acrylic.  It is a painting of a still-life daisy bouquet. It is signed NW, but I know the first name of the artist is Nella since I have a slightly larger one that is signed that way.  The background on the paintings is a muted yellow color with the white daisies popping off of that.  The painting measures 3.5" x 2.5".  With the frame, it measures 5.25" tall x 4" wide. I believe the frame was made in Italy, but it is not marked. It is in very good condition.  There are minor signs of wear that just adds to the vintage beauty of this sweet miniature painting.  The artwork is just set inside the oval frame and the old scotch tape that was holding it in has come loose.  You may want to add something.  Please see the photos for specifics on the condition of this miniature.
