Up for your consideration is a gorgeous Chinese inlaid jewelry chest or miniature desk, c. 1920. The piece is completely covered in an intricate veneer, with cinnabar red mounts and corners. The piece features 7 drawers, all which open and close properly. Each is painted with black lacquer on the interior. The two sides can be separated, and a 15" piece that rests on the top of the cabinet can be lowered and used as a desk or display for your jewelry.    

The piece measures 12" tall, 15" wide, and 10.5" in deep..
