Ruby weight 0.40ct (est).
Diamond weight 0.15ct (est)
Head measures 10.8mm wide and band is 2.2mm.

Fully UK Hallmarked for 18ct gold (Circa 1964 Import). 

 Weighs 3 grams approx.

In good pre-owned condition.

 A dark patches on the diamonds in the pictures is on the surface and will clean away.
