clean, durable ripstop fabric, LOTS AND LOTS OF LIFE LEFT.   LABEL says 34R and the waist will still stretch to 17" side to side but laying flat the waist is 16" side to side.   these have elastic built in on each side at the waist.  inseam is 31.5".  no holes, no stains, odor-free.   more measurements are shown.  waist has some elastic built in.  lots of pockets.  made for the US AIR FORCE.
