Yes there is combined shipping.  All international orders will be shipped through eBay global shipping program.  

All cards will be shipped in a penny sleeve in a top loader.  Wax paper to prevent the card from sliding out.  With cardboard around the card to help protect it in a padded envelope for shipping.  All cards are sent through usps first class with tracking. Shipping is one flat rate to everyone in the usa.  All items will be shipped. There is no brick and mortar store.  No local pickups.
