All shipment will ship by UPS, FedEx OR USPS.

All items will ship within 3 business days after payment verified, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

All shipment are made via UPS, FedEx OR USPS. Either by USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS/FedEx Ground depending on the types of products purchased.

We will ship items over 3 lbs. with FedEx/UPS to U.S. Domestic & Canada. Buyers outside U.S. (except Canada) are responsible for any Brokerage fees charged by FedEx/UPS.

Since all our products are sold as brand new, all damaged products are considered damage during transit. If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us first so we can help you with the claim and the replacement shipping. Our customer representative will guide you step by step for the exchange process.

If item is found defective upon arrival, we will help to do an insurance claim only if customer can provide pictures through e-mail to show the defective part. We will not resend product before we get a confirmation from insurance claim or the returned item from customer. Please inspect products upon arrival, no claim will be honored 7 days after delivery.

Please contact us if item is found defective or wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Any returned package without contacting us about the situation will be put on hold until we got more information.

All return item must be brand new condition & RMA number issue by our company which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging.

We will be responsible for pre-paid return shipping label if the item is damaged, broken or wrong item. And you can take the item to the UPS/FedEx/USPS drop off location to return the item to us. Once the item is back to us, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee as well.

If customer believes that the item does not fit your car, we highly recommended our customer to go the professional installation or get more information about how the item does not fit. We might need some pictures to prove to us how the item does not fit. If there is enough proof that the item does not fit your vechicle, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee and full refund will be issued to the buyer.

We highly recommend professional installation for all products, installation instructions are not included in some products. If item is claimed as not fit, professional proof is required.

In case the item is back order, we will inform our customers about the approximate wait time. if customers do not want to wait, we will offer full refund and close the Auction.

After we receive your payment, we will process and ship out your order within 1 business day except weekend or holiday.

Please contact us if you can not receive the item after 2 weeks by e-mail. We will contact the UPS. FedEx or USPS. If they confirms the parcel lost, we will send the item to you again.
