This is an interesting old travel book titled “Journey in the North of Asiatic Russia in the Frozen Sea”. It is a printed book in the year 1802 AD by the order of Russian Emperess Catherine II. This book speaks about the journey of a Russian Expedition sent by the Empress in 1785 till 1794 under the command of Commodore Billings. The book was published in Paris 1802 AD. The text is in French. The book contains 15 drawings by ADAM. It is in good condition except that the cover is missing. The leaves are in good condition but affected by foxing. It also contains a large map for the region. It is complete and formed of 19 leaves with 34 pages. There is no serious damage on the borders. The spine is tight. It measures 29.0 x 21.0 x 0.5 cm. You get exactly what you see in the scans.
