Vintage 1950s melo clam opener, Hoffritz NY brand, made in Italy. Box is in visibly used condition with minor surface tears on box’s top exterior but nothing impactful. There is a small spot of corrosion on back of tool, pictured. Inscribed on back of tool’s handle “U.S. Patent N. 196581”.
