All parts carry a limited 12 month manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty claims must be made and returned by the original purchaser. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts only, carpartsology and the respective manufacturers will not be responsible for any labor, towing, fluids, freon, filters, lodging, car/truck rental or the like. Any alleged defective part must be returned to carpartsology to be inspected for warranty approval. See returns tab for further details.
carpartsology will exchange or refund your purchase on any part not installed or damaged, with original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery, less original shipping charges incurred by carpartsology. If a return is due to a manufacture defect (as determined by carpartsology) then the full amount will be refunded. carpartsology will issue a shipping label for return shipping on manufacturer defect items, if carpartsology determines no defect exists, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. NO RETURNS ON OPEN GASKETS. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items. Returns must go thru eBay Returns Progarm.
