The packaging:

-Eggs are individually wrapped in bubble wrap very carefully. 

-Eggs are not cleaned, we have not washed the eggs

Eggs and Fertility:

-Our eggs are collected daily and packed within the day. 

-Our fertility rate is currently 95%. 

Shipping: 

-We ship our eggs the same day or the next day they have been laid. If eggs are damaged, please let us know, we can file a claim to USPS if pictures are taken and a timely claim in submitted. All the shipments are insured up to $100. 

Extra eggs: 

-We always try to ship extra eggs in case of damage during shipment. 

Communication:

-We’ll reply all the message within 12 hrs. Please feel free to contact us, if you don’t want to buy from us now, we are also happy to share the experience on egg hatching and chicken raising to you.
