Payment Information
We would be grateful if payments are made within 5 days. Any queries or problems do not hesitate in contacting us. Please note that we are a VAT registered business with VAT receipts only provided on request.
Postage and Packaging Information
If you would like to purchase two or more different items we are more than happy to combine P&P charges. In order to do this please ‘request total from seller’ when checking out or email us. We regret that we are unable to send some items together due to their shape and please note that we are unable to combined the P&P charges once you have paid so please wait for the invoice before paying if you request this. Once full payment has been received we aim to despatch your purchase within 2 business days. We do not accept responsibility for non delivered items when the standard postage option is selected.
Returns and Refunds
We are certain that you will be happy with your purchase however, if not we will be pleased to offer a refund under the following circumstances – if the item is damaged or the description was incorrect, we will be happy to refund the full costs which include the original cost and p&p for the item as well as the postage cost incurred in returning the item. However if you decide that you no longer require the product, it must be returned unused and in a saleable condition and we will only refund the original cost including p&p – it will be up to you to pay for the p&p required in returning the product. If you require a refund please contact us with 7 days of receipt of the item
