Ahead, TIG-welded chrome-moly titanium finish 1 & 1/4" stem 25.4 x 110mm w/slight rise

Removed from a vintage '94 Cannondale mountain bike that was running a 1 & 1/4" steer tube threadless fork. Used item so may show some wear but overall great condition considering the age. Not sure the rise degree so check pics.
