Up for sale is a nearly-new Logan Deluxe Pull Style Mat Cutter, Model 4000. I bought it new several years ago, intending to frame some of my old photos but never got to it. I tried it once, put it down and never returned to it. Now, it is just taking up room and I am too old to use it now. It is a professional-grade cutter and will hopefully go to a decent photographer who likes to do her / his own framing.
