How to use filter correctly?
1. The water level in the filter basket must be higher than 50%, in order to submerge the plastic pipe fitting. Otherwise, air will flow in and cause the filter to stop working.
2. The water level of the fish tank must be higher than the water inlet of the surface skimmer. Otherwise, air will flow in and cause the filter to stop working. Tip: You can adjust the tilt angle of the surface skimmer to lower the desired fish tank water level.
