You are buying this vintage Catalina Pottery bowl.  It is a purple inside and aqua green on the outside.  It measures 9 3/4" across, 11" across point to point and 2 3/4" high.  There are no chips cracks or damage, some light scratches from over the years.  I can't quite read the number on the bottom but it may be 6340.
