This specimen presents a pocket in which several crystals , up to 8mm in size , rhombohedrons that are located on a matrix composed in part by scarce pyrite with a granular appearance and red quartz microcrystals as a consequence of the abundant inclusions of tiny crystals of cinnabar.

 These crystals are very clear, with a strong reflective luster and a vivid red color. The main one, of great perfection, presents an almost equidimensional development and even some transparency and the other one is more flattened, with superimposed growths, strongly striated and of rare beauty.

High quality specimen with esthetic presentation and rare in this condition since this type of specimens are generally scarce given their non-existent rotation due to being an extinct district.

Este ejemplar presenta una geoda en la cual crecen varios cristales de hasta 8mm de tamaño aproximadamente , romboedros que se sitúan sobre una matriz compuesta en parte por escasa pirita de aspecto granular y microcristales de cuarzo de color rojo como consecuencia de las abundantes inclusiones de diminutos cristales de cinabrio. 

 Estos cristales son muy netos , con fuerte brillo reflexivo y de vívido color rojo. El principal , de gran perfección , presenta un desarrollo casi equidimensional e incluso cierta transparencia y el otro más aplanado ,con crecimientos superpuestos , fuertemente estriado y de una rara belleza. 

Espécimen de alta calidad con estética presentación y raro en esta condición ya que este tipo de ejemplares son en general escasos dada su nula rotación por tratarse de un distrito extinto.
