Antique 'The Waverley ' Combination Needle set .
Wooden cased set - Sold as incomplete set
Wooden box 20cm x 8.5cm and 3.2cm deep approx .
Label on lid faded ( I found another offered which was identical )
Looks like Antique 'The Waverley ' Combination Needle set ??
Bevelled edge lid .
Looking at lid side on it looks slightly warped ( at ends )
Still clips shut - pins on hinges look a bit loose.
Inner lined with purple Velvet .
Card part inside lid with 'The Waverley ' label on has fabric fold to inner - I assume you stick needles in this .
Has needle types and 'The Waverley ' P.F.C.L. ( maker ?)
Has 2 darning needles ? in loop to lid inner.
2 Leather straps withy needles beneath.
Right side strap has split as shown
Steel needles look a bit rusty
Nice old box - incomplete contents
Used as shown
