Victorian Man Leaning on Podium gentleman's gay photo collection 4x6

1890s

Brand new. Damaged photo that has been digitally repaired and professionally re-printed on photo stock.

Digital Reprint

From a family estate of a gentleman's collection of gay and male related photographs and ephemera. Most items are from the early to mid 20th century and includes loose photographs as well as some pictures that were cut by the owner from an antique photo album.

4x6 studio portrait showing a very well dressed man from the late Victorian era, leaning quite stately against a podium. Also on the podium, we see his bowler hat that matches his suit.

This 3-piece suit shows a thick (gold, we assume) watch chain attached to the top button of his vest. His shirt also has "boiled" collar and cuffs. He was a dandy to be sure.

Note that because of the enlargement from my scanner, the image shown here is slightly more blurry that the print you will receive.

*Some of the photographs in this collection such as this one had heavy damage such as stains, image loss from fading, paper loss and tears, etc. I made digital repairs to the original images and had them professionally reprinted. Each of these items is labeled at the top of the listing as "Digital Reprint" to indicate that these are not the original prints of these images. They are also priced accordingly.

1 picture(s)  included as part of our description. Please examine carefully before purchase. If you have any questions before purchase please contact us here: we are very happy to help in any way we can.
