SHIPPING
We provide free ground shipping in the continental US usually within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. For overnight or expedited shipping or shipments made outside the continental US, please contact us for rates.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
All networking, server, and storage hardware (Covered Product) purchased from The Tec Network is covered by our 1 year warranty (90 days for resellers). Within the period of this warranty, The Tec Network will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship.
EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:
1. Software and special order items, which include but are not limited to custom configurations of hardware, software, or memory. These items are not covered by our warranty and are not returnable or refundable.
2. Service calls to correct the installation of the Covered Product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
4. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than an authorized service technician.
RETURNS
Returns are valid within the first 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 25% restock fee. A valid RMA number must be issued for the return to be received.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
All warranty repairs must have prior authorization by The Tec Network. After an RMA number and shipping information are obtained, the buyer should carefully pack the Covered Product, preferably in the original packing materials, along with a copy of the original purchase receipt and RMA number, and ship it to The Tec Network as per the shipping instructions provided.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall The Tec Network be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the buyer.
