You are looking at a vintage 1960's jumpsuit created by Bill Parry, Pasadena. The jumpsuit has never been worn.

There is a round embroidered patch over the left chest pocket with "Regional Center Criminal Justice." The patch could be removed by taking out the stitching around the patch. When it was sewn on, the stitching went through the pocket to the inside. As it is the pocket is not useable.

Measurements: 
shoulders = 17 1/2" measuring straight across from one shoulder seam to the other, 
sleeve length = 9 1/2" measuring from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve, 
chest = 46" measuring around just under the arms,  
waist = 35" measuring around at the belt with the back elastic unstretched,
hips = 45" measuring around at the bottom of the pockets,
inseam = 29 1/2" measuring from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
