The aged sial is signed 'Audax Swiss'. It has a pair of gold plated hands, a winding stem with a worn gold plated crown. It moves between winding and setting Ok but the click on the stem is only light so it may be worn. The balance swings Ok. The movement is at full wind in non-running condition. It has the calibre reference 1201 beneath the balance which I believe is an ETA. Approximate dimensions are 15 x 24.4mm

My spares or repair items are sold as non-running & in need of attention. If it is running when I assess it I report it to help potential buyers decide if it is good enough to service & use in the future. I cannot guarantee that it will continue to run as many of these movements have been stored for years & will be dirty, watch movements stored without cases can have unseen dirt which may stop the movement sooner than later. Please consider this when making a purchase.
Any vintage watches I sell that claim to be waterproof will no longer be guaranteed, this is a manufacturers warranty that will have expired years ago & on many vintage watches an unreliable claim in the first place. I make no guarantees regarding a watch being water-tight.
