This is a vintage 1964 uncut Simplicity 5395 Misses Size 16 Bust 36 Skirt, Blouse and Shorts pattern. Blouse has a front button closing, darts and a flat collar. The set-in sleeves roll up forming cuffs. Top-stitching is optional. Slightly flared skirt features inverted pleat in back, pleat in front giving a panel effect. Skirt fastens with buttons on front and waistband. The shorts have darts, a side zipper closing and waistband.
Suggested fabrics are cottons and blends, madras plaid, linens, synthetics and blends. Blouse in silk. Skirt, shorts in corduroy, wools and blends, flannel.
