Needs a wipe over / polish
Glass could be removed and given a wipe over
Good glass - feintly marked Czechoslovakia
A little light dulling / tarnishing to filler cap - could be cleaned / polished with fine wire wool.
Base upper marked Meva 863 Made in Czechoslovakia
Base underside bright as shown - marked 173
