his is a lovely white tulle 50s party dress. It is strapless with a slight sweetheart neckline. The tulle over the bust is densely pleated all over the bodice with embroidered blue floral appliques that run diagonally across the bust to the waist. The center of the flowers have prong set rhinestones in a slight gray tint with an AB shine. The skirt is a lot of gathered tulle that starts at the waist seam of the dress. The skirt falls to ballet length and is a full circle of two layers of tulle and the white rayon acetate lining. At the waist in the back there is a large lilac purple rayon taffeta bow with its many tails falling to about the knees in the back. The dress has a side metal zip with the top also being lined in the same white acetate and fully boned for support. There is a small tag on the waist for Ann’s vogue shop Cleveland Ohio. 

Condition:

The dress is in great condition overall with only a small repair in the tulle. With the two layers it is not very noticeable. It has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
