Cut off time for shipping Wednesdays is 2:00 pm MTN.  Outgoing mail is picked up by 3 pm. Orders will be held until following Monday if received after cut off time.

If the weather conditions are not allowed for shipping the livestock. I will discuss with you when should be shipped.

All packages are insulation lined and ice/heat pack is included. Each package is insulated with 3/4in Styrofoam R 4.17 per inch. Also has 40lb test rating and Live Fish stamped for easy identification.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (covers cost of the fish/shrimp ONLY. Shipping cost is nonrefundable -funds are used to purchase label/service) In the event of loss please provide photo evidence of at least 3 clear pictures of unopened bag. We will issue refund upon verification of loss.

Shipping is combined automatically when purchasing more than one selection. Must be done in same order. Seperate orders will charge seperate shipping charges.
