Antique Masriera Y Campins Art Nouveau Super rare Made in Spain Good Condition

Description

This item is from my father's antique collection. Apparently it was auctioned off at Christie's a long time ago.

The Mariela family is famous for making Spanish jewelry.
This is a bronze figurine with a touch of Art Nouveau, made in a foundry (Masriera Y Campins) that started in 1896. A few years later, the Mariela family decided to concentrate on making modern jewelry, so pieces made at this foundry are rare.

There is the following stamp on the back.
"Fundicion Artistica Masriera Y Campins Sdad Anma Barcelona"

Although it has some dullness due to aging, it is a masterpiece that will shine if polished.
